Applied Mathematics
The Applied Mathematics curriculum provides the application of mathematics to a joint area of interest that prepares a student for a career or graduate study in applied mathematics or the associated discipline. Applied Mathematics degrees are offered in conjunction with Biology, Chemistry, or Physics. The core of the Applied Mathematics program combines a concentration in mathematics with a concentration in the associated discipline. See the appropriate sections of the catalog to determine the concentration requirements of the associated discipline.
