Associate of Arts in Leadership (Online)
Program Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the Associate of Arts in Leadership, students will be able to:
- Compare and demonstrate leadership traits, skills, and styles of effective servant-leaders. (Leadership)
- Integrate biblical truth and principles with personal values and ethical conduct that exemplify Christ-centered leadership. (Bible Knowledge and Values Integration)
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills. (Intellectual Development)
- Demonstrate professional intra- and inter-personal skills. (Intra/Inter-Personal Skills)
- Discuss and defend the importance of cultural and human diversity. (Diversity Appreciation)

In addition to the below degree requirements, students will also need to take:
- Government or History option (3 credits)
- Natural Science without Lab option (3 credits)
