Program Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the Associate of Arts in Leadership, students will be able to:  

  1. Compare and demonstrate leadership traits, skills, and styles of effective servant-leaders. (Leadership)
  2. Integrate biblical truth and principles with personal values and ethical conduct that exemplify Christ-centered leadership. (Bible Knowledge and Values Integration)
  3. Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills. (Intellectual Development)
  4. Demonstrate professional intra- and inter-personal skills. (Intra/Inter-Personal Skills)
  5. Discuss and defend the importance of cultural and human diversity. (Diversity Appreciation)
  6. Explain the importance of the Christian’s social responsibility and engagement as a community leader. (Citizen & Community Engagement) 

 

 

Course Program Requirements (61-63 credits)

Take 3 credits of Natural Science (BIOL, CHEM, GSCI or PHYS).

Take 3 credits of History or Government.
