Allied Health (COL)
A degree in allied health provides graduates with the knowledge, understanding, and experience to help people get back to active lives. Graduates learn how to diagnose orthopedic pathologies, explore and understand human anatomy, and apply physiological principles. This degree also paves the way for graduate degrees in athletic training, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and chiropractic medicine.
Program Learning Outcomes
Graduates of the Allied Health program will be able to:
- Communicate across a variety of populations and among health care professionals.
- Critically analyze and synthesize data found in professional literature to determine evidence-based practice.
