DSL 710 : Board Leadership and Governance

Describes the underwebbing of board governance and leadership within organizations. Topics will include the role of a board of directors/trustees, recruiting and developing relationships with board members, board governance, strategic plan development from the board’s perspective, reporting KPI’s and other pertinent outcomes to the board and developing a forecast for the organization with the board.
