Drop/Withdrawal Refund Schedule

College of Arts and Sciences Traditional Undergraduate students who withdraw from Evangel may receive a partial refund of tuition and room and board. Students will receive the refund within 40 days after notification of withdrawal or their dismissal. Students who are dismissed will receive any applicable refunds in accordance with the University’s refund schedule, based on the effective date of the suspension or termination.

Refund Schedule

Fall and Spring Semester Courses:

  • On or before first day of classes 100% tuition.
  • First full week of classes 75% tuition
  • Second full week of classes 50% tuition
  • Third full week of classes 25% tuition
  • After the fourth week of classes 0%

Summer Semester Courses:

  • On or before the fourth day of the session, 100% of tuition and class fees.
  • After the fourth day of the session, 0% refund.

All Semester Courses:

  • If a student makes a tuition payment after the first day of class and then withdraws within 72 hours of that payment, Evangel will provide a 100% tuition refund.
  • Room and board are pro-rated according to the day the student leaves the residence hall.
  • In all cases for every semester, at 60% of course completion, there will be a 0% refund.
  • All fees are non-refundable.
