HMGT 450 : Operations Management in Healthcare

Provides an overview of core operational practices in healthcare organizations. Students will study value-based purchasing programs, outsourcing, supply chain management, project management, and financial systems, including revenue cycle management. Emphasis is placed on integrating financial and operational data to improve efficiency, maintain compliance, and enhance the overall quality of healthcare delivery. Concepts will be explored from a secular and biblical worldview.
