Biblical Languages Major

The Biblical Languages major consists of 35 credits. The Department specifies how the Core Curriculum requirements shall be completed. The specific requirements are listed in an advising form available in the Department office. The major consists of the following courses:

* 6 credits of the major may be taken in other ancient languages relevant to Biblical Studies or Church History:

Courses in Aramaic, Akkadian, Ugaritic, Latin, Syriac, and Coptic may be taken through a directed study or transferred from another institution.
