Multimedia Journalism Major

A Multimedia Journalism major requires 46 credits, including:

Multimedia Journalism majors are required to take COMM 113 and 205 as part of the general education requirements. Students meet the speech proficiency requirement by taking COMB 344.

After meeting the listed requirements, any credits remaining to fulfill the total credits for the major may be chosen from the 300 to 400 level communication offerings with the permission of the advisor. A maximum of 4 credits of workshops may be applied to the major. Only 2 credits of any specific workshop may count toward the major.
